just so much beauty oh my god -grabby hands-

i’m still trying to figure out what to do with it- i’m thinking of either knitting a middle bit with both red and blue and sticking it on a hair clip so i can rotate it from red to blue and back, if that makes sense? or maybe turning it into a necklace without a middle bit, so i can wear it on either side and leave the cabled middle exposed.

oh i freestyled it! i used worsted weight yarn & us 9 needles:

CO10. K2, st st 9, C10B, st st 9, K2, BO purlwise. done!



made an owly and a bow with a secret cable in the middle. probably gonna put eyes on the owl and make it into a pin of some sort. not really sure if i’m gonna stick the bow on a headband or on a pin or wear it as a bowtie. (they’re cool.)

slightly strugglin’ with 29” circulars that i (smartly) didn’t soften to make these. i just hope these don’t turn out like my first and only sock - i can shape a heel and graft toes. on a single sock.
